Are beach packages available?
Our packages offers with supplement are proposed for stays of at least 6 nights and include half board or full board + mineral water at mealtimes + beach service from row 5 at one of the affiliated bathing establishments.
- What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by bancomat and credit card (Visa - Mastercard), cash within the limits established by law, bank transfer (for deposits or advance payments - min 3/4 days before departure). AMERICAN EXPRESS-DINERS are not accepted. CHEQUES are not accepted.
- What are your cancellation policies?
All bookings made directly with us or through our website are subject to FREE CANCELLATION up to 15 or 30 days before arrival (depending on the period). For all cancellations within this period, the deposit is converted into a voucher that can be spent during the season
- Can I insure the deposit?
Thanks to our collaboration with ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, you can insure your deposit within 24 hours of booking.
- What do you do to combat the Covid-19 emergency?
Against the Covid-19 emergency, we have adopted ozone-generating machines to sanitise the rooms of incoming guests. Ozone allows us to sanitise the air and all the surfaces in the room in an ecological way, without the use of chemicals, killing living micro-organisms. In addition, for years we have been using a surface washing system with a washable and sterilisable MOP dedicated to a single room.
- What time is check in and check out?
We guarantee room delivery from 2 p.m., but it is possible to arrive at the hotel in the morning and use the common areas. In any case, we will deliver the rooms as soon as possible, even before 14.00 if available.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 10.00 a.m.
- What happens if I arrive before the check in time?
No problem, we will be happy to welcome you and start your holiday! As soon as your room is ready, we will let you know. In the meantime, you can take a walk in the centre or on the beach, or why not enjoy a coffee at our bar.
- Where can I leave my luggage?
Relaxation on holiday is everything, just ask at reception and we will take care of your things.
- Is the kitchen equipped to handle special dietary needs?
If you tell us about your dietary needs, we will make a special offer to satisfy you. Unfortunately we do not have a separate kitchen for celiac disease, but we can adapt our dishes. For any allergies, our allergen table is always available.
- How is the restaurant service organised?
Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12.30 to 13.45
Dinner time is from 19.30 to 20.45, with an à la carte menu combined with a buffet served in the middle of the room with starters, vegetables and desserts.
- Where can I leave my car?
Parking is outside in front of the hotel and in the streets around the hotel with BLUE stripes paying parking spaces ONLY. We have Parking-Passes while stocks last provided free of charge for direct bookings of a minimum of 3 nights (PASS NOT BOOKABLE). A fee of Euro 10.00 per day is charged for shorter stays. Don't worry, on arrival we will help you park your car! The pass must be displayed prominently on the dashboard.
- Do you have a shuttle service?
Our van is available by prior arrangement for airport transfers. Estimates according to destination and number of people, please contact us!
- What excursions can I do during my stay?
If you love nature we recommend a visit to the Cervia Salt Pans, while if you want to make the most of the fun, the Mirabilandia Amusement Park is just a few kilometres away.
- What if it rains?
Romagna is a land full of small villages and excellences to visit from the sea to the hills. Among the many, we suggest Ravenna and its mosaics, San Marino, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Longiano and Bertinoro if you want to enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills.
